The ALPLA Group is expanding its pharma division ALPLApharma by acquiring Heinlein Plastik-Technik GmbH, a renowned German packaging specialist for pharma and medical industries. Heinlein, with around 175 employees in Ansbach, Bavaria, has invested in expanding its 22,000-square-metre site since 2018, which now includes development, construction, production, moulding, and assembly. Utilizing innovative injection moulding technologies, Heinlein operates over 60 machines, producing over a billion plastic components annually.
